When i buy Snap On tools am i just paying for the name?
I bought a set of Snap On spanners for £180 and i must admit they do feel good in the hand and are good quality but they don’t feel any better than my Facom or Britool spanners which were a bit cheaper and also have a lifetime guarantee.
So when it comes to Snap On, are they just exploiting their reputation and pushing up the prices?
What do you think?
you just been suckered halfords are better and cost half the price.And as far as this life time gaurantee goes try changing a tool with the van man!!! last comment I had was ” you have been using it on trucks” I work on bloody trucks,go to Halfords hand it in 2 days later I got a new spanner no questions(only because they did not have a 34 mm in stock!)
