And yeah. So I think my Macro/Cosmos Deck is a bit screwed.

So can someone either modify that decklist to make it playable or recommend a deck that I can build. You’ll know the cards I use after looking at the decklist. If I were to abandon my macro Cosmos deck then someone please recomend a deck I can use that isn’t TOO hard to make and won’t cost as much but at the same time can be used in tournaments.

Only consolation is I get to re-use Breaker.
This deck isn’t screwed at all in my opinion. Nothing is better is a DD deck then a DMOC, but it’s only 1 card and your deck still works without him. And losing 1 Cyber Dragon isn’t going to kill you either. If you are looking for another card that Special Summons you can easily replace him with Spell Striker (assuming you can get at least 1 Spell in the graveyard) or Fiend’s Sanctuary. Well you can always just replace DMOC with Breaker and you will basically be set. Or even add another Monarch if you’d like. Your deck should work fine.
