What is the difference between a SQUARE DRIVE “WOBBLE” EXTENSION BAR and a normal non-wobble one?

A normal, non-wobble extension will hold the socket square and firmly in line with the extension bar. A wobble extension will allow for the socket to slightly swivel on the end, which would allow it to “square up” to a nut or bolt and keep from slipping off it if you weren’t exactly lined up with it.
