ok how do you mod star wars battlefront 2 ps2?
i been looking around on how to mod game for fun
i found you change numbers around by having Hex editor neo program.
first step i did-put the disc in computer,then go to computer, click swbf2 disc,
then data file, LvL_ps2 file, pick any map,open up with hex program. after that you can change any number or letter to mod game, then save and load game up and play……..
only problem im having is wont save changes i made says error code (0×80070005) everytime!!
someone help me or show me a better way on too mod the game thanks
ive done this many ways, but only one worked. i made an iso of the disk with toast titanium 10 (any other iso generator should work), then opened it with apache 2 (http://www.exploitstation.com/files/apache.rar). then navigate to the files you wish to edit, extract them and edit them.
once all of that is done, open your iso back up with apache and right click the original file that you modified, click “update file” and navigate to the file you edited with your hex editor.
then just burn the iso to a disk and run it as per usual
