How do your bleed a hydraulic floor jack?
I changed out the o-ring seals in my hydraulic floor jack and refilled it with jack oil. Now the jack pumps up when there is no weight on it, but put weight on it and it will not lift. Am I supposed to bleed the air and if so, how do you do that?
Is there any screw to be unturned and allow the inside air to flow?
If not, the best way to solve your problem is to turn the jack so the orifice you used to fill oil is the higher part of the recipient. The air will come upwards. Small bubbles also. Then you pump several times, keeping the jack in that position. Let it rest, fill again.
