European Plate Installation…?

Ok so my car is German, and it has the regular American plates in the front and back. Now, if I take out the front ones, there will be two holes left right? Ok, so then over that I want to put the European plates. How do I do all this? Do the European plates comes with an installation kit or what?
Are you saying your car is the “German” (European) version of a German brand car, i.e., BMW, M-Benz, Audi, Porsche, etc? Or are you saying you have an “export” model of a German brand car, i.e., produced for driving outside Europe, e.g. in the US, UK, Australia, Japan, etc?
2 weeks ago we took a BMW European Delivery (a BMW car specifically produced for export to the USA) and found that the long, rectangular German Tourist plates (“Z” plates) are secured to the front bumper and the trunk lid with double-sided tape. Your very last resort would be to drill holes in your front bumper so the holes in the European plates line up with them. I would not recommend that drastic an action.
