How do you keep steel tools from rusting but safe to handle too?
I have some kind of cheap steel sculpting tools but they are good for carving wax.. I am wondering the best way to keep them from rusting from me handling them..
I don’t want to put oil on them because that way the oil would contaminate my sculpting material.. maybe some kind of wax?
If they are rusting from you handling them,clean the rust off with steel wool or Scotch Brite,and wear cotton gloves when you use them.
