You know those foundation things that say ‘Wet/Dry’? Well, what’s the difference between using it wet or dry? Which occasions would you use it dry, which occasions would you use it wet? Which looks better?

Dry powder takes away oil and wet powder is a little like liquid foundation just that it’s more dry. which looks better – That’s just a personal preference, the best way is to try both out. Don’t try out the expensive brands at first, try brands like maybelline and revlon.
